SCLC Summer Travel Lacrosse Program

June-July 2019

This registration process is for all Summer 2019 (June & July) player types, including:

1> BOYS Regular (Tournament-Participating) players;

2> GIRLS Regular (Tournament-Participating) players;

3> BOYS Developmental (Non Tournament-Participating) players WITH a uniform package, and;

4> Developmental (Non Tournament-Participating) players WITHOUT a uniform package.

Before proceeding, please ensure:

1> That you have read, and agree to abide by, the US Lacrosse Code of Conduct. The Code is available on at http://www.uslacrosse.org/about-us-lacrosse/policies.aspx.

2> That you have purchased a youth membership with U.S. Lacrosse for your child, and will maintain such membership through the completion of our season (July 2019). You can join or renew US Lacrosse membership from the Tab on the top of our website.  **

** U.S. Lacrosse membership affords our Club protection against certain liabilities and, therefore, such membership is mandatory for all SCLC members (Boys and Girls). Our Club website has features to validate member information with U.S. Lacrosse and so please ensure you supply consistent information between these two applications, including name, date of birth and zip code.

NOTE - Player registration fees paid to Springfield Cougars Lacrosse Club, Inc. are payments for services and so are not tax deductible.
